In-House Serh-Gut
In-House Serh-Gut
It is light Lager prepared on premium floor malt. The old technology of malt flooring gives us an opportunity to get unique taste and aroma. Floor malt from the oldest malt-house “Weyervmann” is used for our in-house Sehr-Gut beer. This malt-house was found in 1886. Brew-house “Sehr-Gut” is the only brew-house that uses floor malt from this malt-house.
Sehr-Gut Braunbier
It is half-light unfiltered beer of bottom thermic fermentation. It is a classical type of Munich brown Lager. For the first time this sort of beer has been brewed in brew-house of Bavarian Duke William V in 1590. In connection with introduction of law in 1156 concerning beer purity, brown beer became popular in the South Germany. However, later on in the XVII century brown beer was forced out by white wheat beer.
Sehr Gut Weizenbier
It is light unfiltered beer of top fermentation.
Light and refreshing Ale on wheat basis. This sort of wheat Ale appeared in the South Germany and was drunk in summer but now it is produced the whole year long.
Koelsch
It is one of very popular sorts of beer in the Central Germany, especially in its motherland Koeln. This beer has been brewed here since 1300. We used the original strains of liquid yeast from this beer motherland, Koeln. Authentic liquid yeast, German malt and hop allow us to simulate all taste and aroma nuances of this admirable beverage.
